We scope based on a diagnostic conversation first; we don't recommend a timeline until we understand the gap.

From there, we design the programme: typically a combination of facilitated team sessions and individual coaching for team leaders. Measurement is built in from the start. Can SkillsFuture or the Enterprise Development Grant fund team development in Singapore?

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) covers people and leadership development projects that meet Enterprise Singapore's criteria.
